Very well-maintained and still functional church, with a sensational interior. I found it to be one of the highlights of Tbilisi. Fantastic views over the city and the river.

It offers commanding vistas over the city. It is not as great as other religious structures in the caucasus. I stumbled through its doorway during a mass and was not impressed.

The metekhi Cathedral is not so big however a visit is quite impressive. The church is very lively and they perform rituals one doesn't see often in other Christian communities...

A small Church located behing the Statue of King Gorgasali. Located at the heart of the city and can be seen when you cross that part of town. Dress code to be followed. There are small pomegranate trees in the garden.
