this is a must-see in Tbilisi, but there wasn't much information in English, or I couldn't find much. I mean some information on boards and near the statue.
but Rustaveli Ave. and the statue is one of the most Important places in Tbilisi.
Shota Rustaveli was one of Georgia’s greatest poets and has a wonderful statue erected in his memory located on an Avenue which also bears his name.
Close to the Rustaveli Avenue Metro Station, with several vendors operating kiosks and stalls in the vicinity.
