Althought the avenue looks quite fancy, you can find there some fair priced restaurants with georgian food. And you definitely should try georgian food! Khikhali, many types of Khachapuri, the Wine.... THE WINE!!! The price is great for such a tasty wine!

This is indeed a walking street, full of cafes and restaurants. It's rather short and obviously reconstructed, so it doesn't have the feel and character of the old town. Go there if you want to walk for about 10 minutes and then sit and drink...More

One of the most beautiful streets in Tbilisi. Starts out as a pedestrian mall and then becomes more of a boulevard. Lots of nice shops and restaurants and a very cosmopolitan and restored feel.
