Took the kids here. had a great day. Make sure you purchase the magic pass to get through the lines quicker. The popular rides can take up to 2hrs. We went in winter so most of the outdoor rides were closed for maintenance, but still heaps to see and do indoors. Spend the whole day there, its worth it.

First time visitors to Lotte World, we were expecting a map or some guidance of how to navigate the theme park, there was none.
It’s very confusing to get around.
The queues for each ride can be from 50mins to 140mins, which means we only got in 6 rides over 6 1/2 hrs. For English speakers, all the roses are in Korean, as you’d expect, so not quite as scary if you don’t understand the prompts.
There is a parade during the day which shuts fine all the rides for a good 30mins & no way around it. We got stuck, there’s very little signage.
The food is all fried & sugary as you’d expect.
I was glad we booked ahead & got cheaper deal on tickets via Klook, otherwise it’s very overpriced.
Good to see once , won’t be rushing back.

A nice theme park that is perfect for a rainy day. A large part of the park is indoors. I expected it to be bigger. So maybe it’s not something you can fill an entire day with.

1 . Worst theme park
They have very limited rides and the queue time is 2-3 hours per ride . Their staff can’t speak English or chinese. Not friendly to foreigners . All in Korean language and get Lotte world map in English. Not worth they money you pay . Don’t waste your time visiting Lotte world

Kudos to Lotte World for creating a spacious and well-equipped Muslim Prayer Room within the theme park premises for Muslims! The prayer room is on the 3rd floor near Jungle Adventure at the indoor Adventure Park and can be easily located due to clear signages.

Once you enter the door of the space which is called the 'Muslim Prayer Room' you will find 1 male and 1 female wudhu facility with taps for warm and cold water. The musolla itself is a cosy space, nicely decorated, complete with carpeting and prayer mats for about 10 jemaah. There is a clock on the wall with the azan being sounded at prayer times. We heard the azan when we were there at 'asar.

We were delighted when we found the prayer room but when we came into the space, we were even happier to see the space so thoughtfully done up to facilitate prayers for Muslims. Thank you so much Lotte World for graciously providing a beautiful space for Muslims so that we dont miss our prayers while enjoying ourselves. 5*!

Busy and crowded on a monday. Mosy popular rides up to 2h wait. We mostly just went for rides without much queues and they were quite fun for the kids/tweens too.

Just that due to covid so water coolers are not functioning. Lots of food options and drinks available.

Strongly recommended to download the map before hand and read up on the different attractions to plan your visit.
Alternatively you can pay extra to get magic pass for the very pppular rides.

A fun day out with my 6 year old son who enjoyed all the rides, including the roller coaster and other scary exciting rides that teenagers and other adults love. The theme park is clean and well-maintained even though it is packed with mostly students and young adults even on a weekday. Worthwhile to get the Magic Pass so you don't have to queue for hours for the popular rides. The worst ride for me was the Comet Express which was rapid spinning for two minutes. It was the worst two minutes of my life! Came out feeling nauseous and with weak legs! Do exercise caution before you get on any rides if you have certain health conditions.

It was cheaper to pre-book on-line, but was still quite pricey for what it offered. There are not many big rides and these had queues of two hours by midday. There were more smaller rides and these were quicker to get on with queues of thirty minutes by midday. Lots of food choice. Toilets were reasonably clean.
We saw two parades, one during the afternoon and one just before closing. Both of which were excellent.
Staff were all cheerful and polite. They all spoke some degree of English.
When paying in the shops you are offered the option of paying in pounds or South Korean Won. Check the exchange rate before going as when we went it was cheaper to pay by Won.

If you have younger kids this place is great. Plan to spend the whole day there as there is lots of stuff to do with younger kids. If you have teenagers, then it will be a shorter trip since rides are more geared toward younger folks, think magic kingdom at Disney. Food is surprisingly reasonably prices and this place is very clean.

The only negative is that if you don't speak / read Korean, buying tickets and getting in can get a bit confusing but there are staff there that can help. It is very convenient to get to, since it is located at a major subway stop attached to a very nice and large mall.

want to find a decent ride? want to find a kiddy ride? well then, you should go ride Jumping Fish! Jumping Fish is literally slay queen. No matter how long it is, you have to ride it. It’s a one in a life time experience. I din’t care how old you are ( but remember you have to be under 65yrs old to ride this). Me and my friends had so much fun on this ride and we’re both almost 20 yrs old! This was quite the experience! So much better than waiting three hours for a short roller coaster. 😝🫶😍😙🐟
