Overall a very good military museum, lots of English translations. 3 floors with some very good exhibits, good details on what went on in the war. Also has modern weapons in it, so definitely ups the points.

You can take the subway and alight at Samgakji Station (Seoul Subway Line 6), Exit 11 or 12. It should be a few walks away from the exit.
