You can get a remarkable view of Cairo from there, don't forget to pay the extra fees to use the telescope

I came with my guide in mid afternoon. You can buy tickets onsite and a lift takes you straight to the top. The viewing deck goes right around so you can walk and get 360 views of Zamalek, Cairo, Nile River and as far as the Pyramids. It was super clear so the views were amazing as it's great to... More

One wonders if it was the inspiration for the view restaurant in New York at the Marriott hotel, enjoyed it as they analyse ones name, mine occurred in 2006 21st september and they analysed my name Victoria, not too long after that a crater on Mars got called Victoria's fascination.

Very beautiful structure constructed when Gamal Abdel Nasser was in power. Go the lookout , fantastic 360 views of Cairo and the Nile. On a a somewhat clear day , if there is less smog, you can see the pyramids of Giza. Our visit was in the late afternoon, so we took advantage of having dinner in the revolving 360... More

Although foreigners pay 6x more than Egyptians to go up to the viewing platform by the lift, I was glad I did. I saw much of the city I had already visited on foot. A bright sunny New Year's Eve. A pleasant cafe to sit and enjoy the view, take in some of the details, and gain a final distant... More

We came here as we had some spare hours in Cairo. The visit took us less than 45 minutes. The view from the top is very nice and you can see the pyramids. Nonetheless due to population it is not possible to sea as far as we imagined. The entrance fee is around 7 dollars for foreigners. We came here... More

It's really nice to get an overall view of the city and put things into perspective. There is also a nice revolving restaurant available in the tower. Just be sure... More
