This is an attractive part of the City Center but it is still center city so dont expect it to be all touristy, it is not.

Stayed at Four Seasons at Corniche, it's a nice walk to quiet Zamalec Island, Opera house and Cairo Tower can be seen. A Park with benches to relax and nice greens. At the outer Point you see the Sofitel. Have a seat in there Lounge...More

Nice hotels and quite safe area. Many restaurants and overall a good place to stay. Sofitel hotel is located there and highly recommended.
