There's nothing I can write to capture the amazingness. I'd take many a risk to see something so great.

How could anyone not want to experience this. I came here with my adult son as we both had this as our number 1 must do list.. Words can't really explain the amazement you feel. We did a horse ride for 2 hours around the pyramids( there are 9 by the way). Then we went back an Di a foot... More

I didn't have the opportunity to go inside the tunnel that leads to the pyramid due to my size...I was advised not to...it's nice to see it from outside...you can take pictures...you can do a camel ride for money...I didn't...

I was amazed on the magnitude of the piramids. I saw these in books and on TV but being there is an experience that can't not be explained.

Couldn`t believe how huge it really is til you are standing right there. Thousands of years old, made my hair on neck stand and got chills.

To visit the site that you have seen pictures of, read books on, seen on television and in movies. To imagine the workmanship and the vast amounts of labor require to build is unbelievable. A must see.

Enough said! But don't skimp on getting a proper guide to enjoy your visit in full. And in the interest of animal welfare please don't support the ghastly horse and gharry business - they should be shut down

Visiting the pyramids is a must at least once in life. You will just stay looking and thinking how great was the Pharaohs. Vendors will disturb a little bit but at the end you will enjoy the place and the Egyptian smiling people.

The Giza Plateau with the Pyramids is an amazing site the first time you look up and there is Cheops, the great Pyramid, and the other smaller pyramids in the area. My first though was that I had to touch the each Pyramid and it was like touching the stones of centuries of history. You can go into the pyramid... More
