This was worth every minute of a day. So much great history and Egyptian culture here. Wear comfortable shoes. Fifty egp buys you a ticket for picture taking. Plan T least three hours

Great old fashion museum. So much to see, covering so much history. Includes objects from Tutankhamen tomb I saw in the photos as a kid. Amazing to see them up close.

Most of the mummies of all Pharaoh's are there. So many statues and treasures. When u visit Cairo it is a must place to go

The museum collection now includes all the major mummies and the King Tut treasure. Must see BUT it was extremely crowded. We went in the morning. My guess is that if you go there just before closing, it might be a much better experience
