Great views, great scenery, very tempting to take a swim. It's fascinating to see the biggest dam and how secured it is. A little far out from the city but a must to see.

It was interesting to read the history of the dam and see the size of Lake Nasser; however it is probably not a “must see”. It is a nice visit if you have time.

It's an interesting visit, specially because it makes you disconnect about the Pharaonic Egypt and come back to the recent times. The High Dam really changed people's lifes, and it's a really important construction for Egypt, of which they are so proud about

This is a dam built across the Nile. I didn't find it quite fascinating as I felt it's like any other dam. We went there as it was part of our tour package.

I didn't find it fun, but seeing how big lake Naser was was a surprise. I wish I could go fishing there.

If you are an Egyptian, you might be interested due to the nature of its historical events. If you are not an Egyptian, this is just another dam. So go only if you have time or you are going to Kalabsha temple because it is...More
