1,600/- for two adults and the car, the roads are so poorly maintained and many are underwater since my last visit in 2012, this place needs upgrading, disgusting dirty toilets at main gate, there were Flamingo but nothing else . No other wildlife spotted and the quality of the tracks (can't call them roads) spoiled this for us. Now that... More

Many tourists that have been to Lake Nakuru have been disappointed because there are no flamingos. The only point on the lake to find them is taking the right turn from the main gate and continuing to the lake shore. Here there are a few greater flamingos and they feed on small living things in the water like worms and... More

For the past few years there was one thing that has been giving us a headache. It made planning the safaris in Kenya extremely difficult and I really won't ask our safari friends about their private opinion on our frequent changes of plans. The most elusive creature was not a most beautiful cat cheetah with cubs, rhino with a baby,... More

It is a nice place but a little sad. Thera are many flamingos but that is all. On the other side of the lake you can find hot springs which is quite a nice experience but the road there is awful and not all drivers are willing to go there. If you miss this place do not be sad of... More

The most flamingos i have ever seen. The park is incredibly green and the lake has a beautiful back drop of the green hills. Unfortunately since the lake burst its banks the hot springs cant be visited and the road within the park is VERY bumpy.

Flocks and Flocks of Flamingos flying around the borders of this lake is a fascinating and unbelievable experience ..The sode lake is covered in patches in patches of pink flying around all corners of the lake. Not much else in terms of other wildlife at Lake Bogoria other than to see Flamingo.

Bogoria is 2 hours from Nakuru, so go only if are into birds. There were lots of flamingos around the lake, but you can't get near them and can only see them with binoculars. We spent little time there and saw nothing else as we had 3 hours drive to our next stop, Navaisha. We paid our guide extra US$200... More

Less flamencos that one would expect , difficult to get near , small is terrible , very hot springs and weather. Look for leopard tortoise and Kudu , they are very timid and you need to be a good spotter
