Many places are swamped with tourists. However, Temple of Heaven isn't all that bad. At the most, just take an hour and a half walk will complete the site.

We visited the Temple of Heaven in the morning and part of the attraction were the groups of retired Chinese people exercising, singing, visiting together on the temple grounds. The beautiful blue Temple of Heaven was apparently constructed entirely of wood, without a single nail!

Enjoy relaxing time in this beautiful park with all its interesting ancient trees. Watch the locals playing games on the bridge and visit the beautiful temple. This is a must-see location in Beijing.

Unique building where the Emperor prayed for good harvest. It is in a very pretty park where the Chinese people come to play. There is a copy of it in Calgary, Canada on a smaller scale!
