It's a university. A very big university. There's the old gate that's really pretty, but personally I don't think it's all that interesting to visit. Beida has a much nicer campus.

The top university in China. Worth a visit just to see the grounds. The elite attend here. So if you see a student, they will rule China in the future.

If you come to wudaokou area, stop by this university for a while, they do manage a good garden, surely you will see like old chinese building and beautiful garden. Good for photography

Tsinghua University has two parts--a sprawling modern campus accessed from South Gate near Wudaokou station and the charming old campus (go in the South Gate go north a couple of blocks and turn left.). Historic buildings, pretty canal, interesting campus.

A historic university that is on par with Harvard and MIT, full of life and energy. Pretty campus. watch students get to class, so many bikes. Many historic buildings on campus.

good place to walk through when visiting north west of Beijing (summer palace). Tsinghua is China's best university. The Country's future elite. Nice and big campus. You may spend an hour or so (Starting from East gate to west or north gate)

Here on an exchange, and the campus is beautiful in Autumn. A pretty popular spot among domestic tourists especially. Would be nice to get a bike and cycle around.
