Smokers in the boys room. The fine is supposed to be 5000HKD$ but guess what? One smoker after another goes in. No one gets fined and the security does nothing even when they are told. Hong Kong is supposed to be a bastion of rule of law in South Asia. Not with this kind of stupidity. Get a clue. Smoking... More

Tucked away on the hills next to the Lok Ma Chau Police station, this used to be the Guhka / British army outpost to watch the borders for Illegal immigrants, now Lok Ma Chau has been taken over by parallel goods traders. Stunning views of the Shenzhen skyline!

This is just a post for first time tourists wondering if there's a benefit or east factor to consider in walking across at Lo Woninto Shenzhen CBD or at Lok Ma Chau at the Futian new city area of Shenzhen. This is a normal and modern metro station with little reason to visit beyond going through the control entry point for border crossings. There is a second and more convenient MTR station and crossing at Lo Wu, which is more... More

I am a bit of a public transport enthusiast (affectionately known as a "gunzel" here in Australia) and decided to take a ride on the line to Lok Ma Chau. The station is big and spacious and, like others in Hong Kong, exceptionally clean. I only planned to take a ride there and back but needed to use the lavatory... More

Hong Kong call it Lok Ma Chau, China name it Huang Gang, travel north, LMC, south bound, HG. One Country Two System (2in1). Free and Big economies banded together. Travel document require to travel in own country, Passage fast, less crowded. Currency inter-usable on both sides, at some locations, Not sure? Advice to CONVERT!
