We rented a sampan boat for 1 hour and took it from island to island... swimming mainly. We also had nice fried fish by the beach at Saikung.

The little sea village has a lot of really nice restaurants and is extremely popular with locals and expats over the weekend. You can eat fresh sea food, take a boat ride and go island hopping or just chill out here.

Lovely little place on the water with great restaurants facing the water or in the little square. Walk through the old town to feel like you are in old Hong Kong.

We like going to Sai Kung, lots of nice restaurants and an occasionally quiet area by the sea. However, it can get excessively crowded.
