Heaps of places to wander through and window shop and literally hundreds of shops and stores in malls and with street frontage.

Causeway Bay is easily accessible via bus, tram or MTR. There are heaps of shops (as there are everywhere in Hong Kong) but some are unique. It is a fun place to visit

Causeway Bay is easy reachable from Central by MTR. We went there and just walked around. One shopping center after the other and many little shops. Very busy part of town. Had lunch in one of the shopping mall restaurants and headed back to our...More

If you're new to HK, then this is a must go. But because of its popularity things have become so expensive here eg. Food. You can expect same price for goods in standardised chain like Uniqlo but independent stores here will charge higher than other...More

My wife wanted to go here but I found it to be very expensive shopping. Lots of well know expensive lablels. I tired of the place and left her to shop but she quickly returned saying they were far too expensive.

Most international brands represented in the bigger malls. Not as busy (and crowded) as Kowloon, so that may be a benefit. Not much more apart from shopping.

Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of
Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and
restaurants, both areas are bustling with people –
tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the
highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more
polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart.
Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye –

Sams tailor in Kowloon was renowned the best in Hong Kong, unfortunately I have only used Tailors in China. Hope that helps, sorry for the delay in responding:)
Planning a trip to Hong Kong with my family (6 adults and 2 kids, both aged under 5) I've heard that Causeway Bay is one of the prime areas to stay at. Could anyone recommend some good vacation rental places in and around this area? Looking to travel in the first week of May for 6 nights. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hong Kong is incredibly small. You can stay at Causeway Bay, or North Point. Prices are various, depending on your budget. Best stay is the Peninsular Hotel in Kowloon, or the Conrad just behind the Pacific Mall... More
