Causeway Bay is easily accessible via bus, tram or MTR. There are heaps of shops (as there are everywhere in Hong Kong) but some are unique. It is a fun place to visit

My wife wanted to go here but I found it to be very expensive shopping. Lots of well know expensive lablels. I tired of the place and left her to shop but she quickly returned saying they were far too expensive.
Most international brands represented in the bigger malls. Not as busy (and crowded) as Kowloon, so that may be a benefit. Not much more apart from shopping.

Great place to get a feel for the the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, loads of great shops, easy to get to from Central on the MTR, it always feels like a miniature Tokyo to me, definitely worth a visit
