It's a famous place but I don't see the prominence in it at all. Ok, there's some shopping but that's about it. The ame can be done in Central or Causeway Bay with much more excitement.

Highend residential area with a massive mall that is a landmark. The mall is large but dining options are limited with no standout restaurants and a tiny food court. The MTR station is very busy because of the interchange with the Kwun Tong line.

Above the Kowloon Tong MTR station, the Festival Walk is a crowded mall with a lot to offer in regards to shopping, things to do (including ice skating) and places to eat.
