We used this ferry for roundtrip HK-Macau. Buying ticket was easy and staff told us which schedule we could achieve. Ferry was very clean and not stinky. Staffs are good too.

The last ferry from Hongkong Airport leaves airport at 22:00 and you should be there 1 hour before 22:00. But you can enter Hongkong city and use the ferry to go to macau (from SHEUNG WAN) U can find the sailing schedule... More

No better option than TurboJet. HKD is accepted in Macau. It's a very small place, suggest you take a taxi from the Terminal itself for the city tour.
