Not sure where the "art" is. Attempt in differentiation but not substantial. It's just a small mass market mall with a few restaurants. Nothing special

Not really sure what is supposed to be special about this place, there are far better things to see and do in Hong Kong than K11.

It is a big shopping mall and easy to access by mtr. The design of the mall is rather modern and artistic. It is worth to spend an hour there.
