I typically stay near the Ocean Park area to remain in proximity of the airport. This is reasonably close. It's a cool thing to do and I would plan at least 3 hours relaxing, wandering around and taking pictures.

We went last year before they raised their prices. They claimed attendance fell, so they raised the prices. Makes sense, doesn't it??? We didn't go, but when we did, it had the best aquarium I had ever seen...
