From the ouside, it's a drab pin of a building. Inside, it's dark, and creepy as you walk through the passage ways to get to other buildings. Whoever designed this building had Transylvania in mind.

Disappointing for a building which represents one of the note issuing bank. The stairs in front of the building are unwelcoming for handicapped access. Alternate access is via escalator (equally challenging) and branch via another flight of stairs. In summary, this building is to be...More
