We were aware and prepared for the much anticipated experience of the megazip but what we we got was so much more. The whole experience was professionally handled by a team of dedicated staff who made the who trip worthwhile and at every point from registration to safety briefing to harnessing up to the ending point, everyone in the team made us feel so special. At the end, we all concluded that this was the best experience on the Island! Thank you megazip!

Would warn first timers that this is a discouraging outfit. The handlers gave no advice and as a novice I failed on the level 1 obstacle course. I fumbled and hung from the rope just 1m from the start without help till over 10 minutes pulled messed back. I accepted it till I found out from another staff that they should have coached me beforehand and offered to floor walk me as a beginner. Instead no encouragement and the two lady handlers were arrogant and dismissive and didn’t help or encourage me. I would strongly ask management to replace them with staff that bother. Covid we were the only customers so they weren’t busy at all. Left me shaken afraid of similar courses and not enthused. I wouldn’t bring my family here or recommend it. If u are expert or sporty I guess u would enjoy he course but it wouldn’t be because of the handlers who do nothing and therefore superfluous to the experience. Minus 10 from me!!!

This is my second visit since 2016. Some of the obstacles have changed but I still found them challenging enough. Strongly recommend the “climb+jump+zipline” package for a more complete experience. Sports attire would be the best. Action cameras and Phones are allowed as long as they are properly stored and attached to you.
