Booked the ifly challenge session for my 8 year old today . The wait time was too long and social distancing was not well managed in the waiting area given the COVID situation. After the long wait, safety briefing and gearing up , 2 children from the next batch were put ahead and they wanted to pull my daughter out and asked her to wait further. We had to raise our concerns multiple times to the ground staff (who were least concerned ) and they finally managed to put my daughter back in her batch. I believe after paying so much and arriving on time , the last thing you want is to continuously chase them up for getting what you paid and came for . We did escalate to the on-site instructor manager (Tommy) but it had already left a bad taste. The ground staff are not kid friendly (Josh) and some of them are even rude to the kids and adults. Adults were not allowed to accompany young kids inside which is contradictory to the website instructions and is misleading. My daughter was quite perturbed with the whole experience as she was already anxious and the unhelpful staff made the experience worse for her. Again in terms of customer experience , even on TripAdvisor they don’t seem to respond to the negative comments . That says a lot !! Overall was a disappointing experience for the high price paid and would not recommend it given the poor customer service. …

paid for BFF package $100 for 2 persons (1 flight each person). training and waiting about 1.5hrs. entire (one) flight was over in less than 30 seconds for my kids. flight time not reflected on screen to public or on website. only the operator knows. not for those with weak wallets.…

Enjoyed it so much on my birthday, and decided to get it as a gift for another friend. Love the whole experience, especially the very helpful staff, Izzy and Shikin, who went out of their way to give a friend a very memorable 30th birthday. Will be back for more flights!

out of the world experience never been for a skydive before but its the closest you get when you go to ifly! great people to coach you and nabil was awesome at what he does and stay cool and stay healthy guys
