About
The roads and walking streets in Chinatown are lit up with colourful lanterns, and the annual bazaar and shops in the area are overflowing with traditional goodies like moon cakes and pomelos galore. Mid-Autumn Festival is often colloquially known as the 'Moon cake Festival' or 'Lantern Festival' due to the proliferation of moon cakes and lanterns being sold during this season, and you can expect to be entertained by various Chinese performances and even fireworks on the Festival day!

You have to visit Chinatown when in Singapore! Great place to take pictures, enjoy the food, do souvenir shopping and visit the Buddhist temple! What beautiful people!

This festival be held at Chinatown. This is the best festival in Singapore because you can see many performance, for example: street light up, mass lantern walk, and more. You must visit this festival when you come to Singapore

This annual event with its colourful & cultural decorations further enhances the vibrancy & attraction of Chinatown.
Great for "unique" pictures & to soak in the colourful atmosphere too. Particularly at night when the beautiful lighted decorations amidst the busy roads & surrounding malls/streets brings life to this place.
Recommend a night visit.
