I am glad I dodged a bullet and didn't make the mistake of entrusting a portion of someone's wedding day to this trainwreck of an organisation. I write this with the hope that no one else has their plans jeopardized either.
I first reached out to Gourmet Bus over the phone in November to make private reservations for a wedding event to be held in Jan 2020. I was told by their representatives that they were able to accommodate this given the ample lead time, and would respond with a proper email shortly.
Radio silence. 2 weeks later I am the one writing an email instead to remind and urge them for a response.
Silence, yet again. Another 2 weeks later, today on 30th December, well over a month since initial contact, I finally receive my first ever reply from the Gourmet Bus team.
Jacinda had the gall to simply brush aside a late reply of over a month with a simple 'pardon the delay' and then proceeded to prattle on as if nothing ever occurred. There wasn't even half a semblance of an apology.
I get that people are on leave during the festive season but (i) I contacted you well before the festive season (ii) I'm sure your organisation has more than 1 person to hand over to.
Thankfully I already felt something was amiss during the long period Gourmet Bus left me in the dark and had already prepared reservations with other, more responsible vendors in the meantime.
Gourmet Bus' work ethic (or lack thereof) is a disgrace to the industry. Forget 'gourmet', a garbage truck has more to be proud of than you do.

Excellent guide on the bus tour but the food was really disappointing and Luke warm... not up to usual Singaporean standards by any means.
The nightime views were stunning around Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay but oh so crowded!
Would I recommend this tour... probably not I’m afraid.

Hands down one of the best value experiences I had in Singapore. For the price you pay you get a 5 star dining experience with very generous serving size, a very comfortable and modern air conditioned tour bus and an incredibly friendly and informative host/guide. Highly recommend

Thought we give this a try a tour round see some sites, staff very polite food not so good all cold what hot drinks there were luck warm would not recommend, went during the day would be better at night with all the lights on would the food be better? thought it would be all hot but not.

It was a good experience to do a bus tour of Singapore roads in the night while enjoying a beautiful two course meal. The host was super friendly and his informal tone with the guests made it a memorable one. I had purchased the drink package along with the dinner only to understand there were many bottle drinks to choose from. So the staff went beyond to serve us juices not in the menu as we did not want bottle drink.

I was so looking forward to this tour but it was cancelled over a week ago - I was offered a tour on Wednesday instead but unfortunately I am only in Singapore for one day. I have tried to contact Duck Tours in a variety of ways they have suggested (Watsapp, Viber, email) yet I have still heard nothing and have no sign of a refund!!! So disappointed and frustrated!

We found the food to very good with good service on the bus.Unfortunately not very well organized when we stopped at Gardens By The Bay as our host lost all of the groups.When we found him he was rude to us all We would not recommend this tour.

Staff are friendly with very well greeting upon arrival. Glenford, the host, he is the highlight of the trip. Great services and very professional!
Nice decor interior. Food is acceptable while everything is pre-ready.
Stopover the Garden by the bay is a good idea if you are first time to Singapore. Just to wish more times on travelling around the city.

What a great way to have a look around, this bus tour was excellent, with great food and great staff, it must have been good as our teenage boy's loved it too, would do it again.

I went here with friends who are based in SG. They heard this from me which I found out thru online search. The concept is you can take lunch, afternoon tea or dinner on a bus, enjoying a Michelin star menu while traversing the landmarks and beautiful sights of SG. Its my fourth time to go on vacation at Singapore and I must say this is something new and worth trying. Though my SG-based friends this is pricey, an amount you can get for a similar hotel buffet. But I said anywhere in the world, tourist attractions are almost always pricey.
We had Tian Tian chicken rice which was fine, but not really memorable. I have tasted better things in SG, but its the experience that makes it worthwhile. Not good for kids below 10 I think, coz it might not be worth it especially if they don't eat the food at all.
And lastly, special shoutout to Glenford, the amazing host onboard who is well versed with his job. He is entertaining and really did a good job!
Summary of things you have to know if you want to try this:
- at least one day advance reservation is needed
- tour is more or less 1 and 1/2 hours with a 20 minute stop at MBS
- try to finish the meal before you arrive at MBS for the 20 minute break, or else you may end up not finishing it. For the price you pay, I think you should really consume the meal served.
- please be on time, at least 30 minutes before the bus departs
- drinks is 1 round only, extra order will be charged separately
- not for vegetarians or those with strict diet
