Nice playground which is just near the food place area. Just be cautious with their metal slide during the day because it feels hot even the plastic one. Think it’s best to plan to visit early or late afternoon to avoid the direct sun on the play area. Toilet is nearby but brace yourself because it can be filthy, so sad why other people have no concern to maintain the cleanliness of the area given the fact it’s for families with little ones. There’s a bicycle rental as well for easy roaming the East Coast, not cheap though but good fun.

When we visited this playground part of it was cordoned off due to repairs. The playground isn't too bad there is quite a few things to do such as swings, slides, walking/balance things etc. At night it is fairly well lit up and seems safe. The surrounding area is nice to have a walk, the beach is just next to this playground and some cycle/walking paths in between. Overall not a bad place to visit probably more so during quieter times

This is the best playground I’ve ever been to! It’s so expansive; I think kids all the way up to teenagers would have a hard time getting bored here. We also brought our swim suits and sand toys, so we played at the beach for a bit, then used the shower facilities (clean and plentiful) afterward. Hours well spent! Our kids are 1 and 3, so a lot of Singapore’s attractions are above their attention span, but this was a real treat for them!

This large playground was deserted early in the morning when I was there. At 8 am, one could have the whole place to yourself and the weather is pleasant at that time too. Across this playground is the beach. There are also a few cafes and restaurants here but Macdonald is most visible. The toilet facilities here includes showers.

Pros: Wide variety of facilities, well maintained, clean, FREE
Cons: Hardly any shade on the playground so the best time to go is past 5:30 pm, at which time, it gets VERY crowded on week-ends

This is one of the beautiful playground for kids. It’s very close to East Coast beach.for kids to play multiple options available. For lunch or dinner, there are good restaurants very close to this playground.

Visited this playground for the very first time. It's great and u like no other playgrounds and perhaps that's why there were so many parents and kids there. I can imagine that as a kid, I would love this place. It's a fairly huge area with enough climbing and running around to tire out the little ones. Overall, great place and highly recommend it. Food options are a little limited though at this playground area but one can drive 5 mins away for better options nearer to where Starbucks is.

Located in East Coast Park this is an amazing public playground with a lot of room for the kids to run around and many different types of playing equipment. The location is amazing right next to the beach and there are many good restaurants right next to it including an amazing McDonald's designed for kids. Unfortunately the play area isn't shaded so you can only go in the evening or if the weather nice. My kids had a great time it's just amazing that a public park is so well kept if your in the area definitely check it out you can't beat free entertainment for the kids.
