This free tour operating out of Changi Airport was a great way to spend part of my 24 hour stopover. It was really interesting and a great 'taster' for what Singapore has to offer. It has definitely made me feel I'd like to holiday in Singapore, rather than just pass through next time. Well worth the time.

The best part of the free city tour available at Changi airport for passengers in transit is that it is free. Much of the rest of the “gift” is hemmed in by restrictions. You can’t book in advance, only on the day, so you can go only when a tour is available which may or may not suit you. We arrived at 9am to discover the next tour was at 2.30pm. OK so we went, which meant being back at the gathering point at 1.30pm because you have to go through entry procedure. The tour takes you back to the terminal and you can’t stay in Singapore or re-enter the city. The tour itself is just some highlights which is ok; two opportunities to get off and take pictures. The bus is old but sound. Like a school bus; certainly not a comfortable coach. Commentary was in English, which is to say rather stilted English which is unusual in Singapore. We had to concentrate hard to follow what the guide was saying. It’s a taste of Singapore, more of a wiff really. And be prepared to be bossed around. This may be the Lion city but customers on this tour are treated more like sheep.

Is great to join the tour (Jewel Walk) and have the opportunity to try the local foods and get to know the place and the local better, the love for foods. Not only foods you get to go to the canopy garden is so beautiful. Do like to recommend for transit passenger like me! Without this walk I doubt I would know about the place! Joyce is great in introducing the place and do understand Japanese which is a plus to me as a Japanese! Thank you Changi airport! ありがとうございました😊

We had a long stop over in Singapore. I rang them before flight n booked the free bus tour of Singapore. It was really enjoyable. Got to see a bit of Singapore filled in waiting time. If you have time I’d recommend

You need to be aware that you need to go through immigration at the start of the tour and on your return. This can mean long queues and frustrated fellow tour patrons. Allow at least two extra hours for immigration and other admin.

Once you're on the tour it's great. I feel sorry for the guides who need to cope with annoyed guests who don't have a language in common with the guide or each other.

Once again, the tour itself is great both in its organisation and how fascinating the city is.

Two suggestions for the tour company: improve the adhesive on the identifying stickers as most of ours fell off quickly and equip your guides with a tour flag or soft toy on a long stick so we can see them over the crowds.

The tour was worth the frustrations.

We were able to get seats on the last tour of the day, booked from Terminal 2 at the airport, which was amazing. Our guide, Selma, loves Singapore and told us lots of great stories and things about the city. We had two stops where we got off the bus and walked a short way. The lights of the city and harbour were breathtaking. My husband and I both carried our youngest children and the 2 older ones walked. Then second stop was at Gardens by the Bay to see the nightly light-and music show at the Supertrees. It was magical. Then we were taken back to the airport.

A terrific way to pass time in transit in Singapore. We did the night your and loved the sights, including a fireworks display and a light and sound show. The bus was very clean and comfortable, the tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. There were a couple of opportunities to get out and walk around a little, and the fresh air was a joy between flights.

Had a wonderful time in Singapore coupled with a cruise covering Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia in January/February 2018. Changi Airport is a fabulous place and a joy to visit. Jump at any chance to transit through Changi!

As our homeward flight to the UK was not until 00.20 the next day and were told by Turkish Airlines we would be unable to check in until 20.35 the previous day, I wondered if we were eligible to participate in the Free Heritage Tour offered to transit passengers. After making initial contact by email, I was most fortunate to be dealt with by an extremely informative and efficient member of staff. Luckily we were deemed eligible on this occasion for the Tour and she proceeded to arrange everything for my husband and myself over the course of several weeks. We are most grateful to her and her colleagues, including our Tour Guide Catherine.

The tour gave a very good overview of Singapore in a short space of time and in my mind achieved the promotion of visiting Singapore for a longer period.

If you have the good fortune of transiting at Changi Airport make the most of all the wonderful things on offer including, free Heritage Tour lasting approximately 3 hours, beautiful gardens, comfortable loungers, foot/leg massaging chairs, and much more.

The two hour journey took in two stops. One a the gardens, the other at the lion.it all seemed very rushed. The commentary was fine, the bus very average and the highlights were brushed over.
Three people from the tour went missing and very little was done to ensure that they were ok. All in all disappointed three people missed the return run, and very little was done to find them.

All in all disappointing
