Upon entering the shop, I was greeted politely by Grace. While completing the form, she brewed a pot of hot tea for me while waiting for my appointment. Before the start of the facial, there was a device to ascertain the condition of my skin. From there, different treatment methods were recommended to me. It was not pushy at all, up to my comfort level. 2. Who says facial treatments are painful? Facial has always been a tear-jerking experience for me every time, but not here. Celine was the one who attended to me, very assuring with every step, sharing with me what will be happening from start to end. I did 2 treatments during my stay, took almost 3 hours, but she was very patient, even said I could take a nap to recharge. Kudos to this excellent customer service. 3.
