Absolutely loved this cooking class. Mary our tutor was amazing and loved her passion for ensuring that her cultural foods from her grandmother are shared with others. Very hands on from start to finish we made curry puffs, nasi lemak and Sambal Prawns. We were sent an email from Daniel the owner who sent us a folder of the many photos Mary took of us cooking which was much appreciated and the recipes to what we made. I will definitely take another class when back in Singapore. Regards Lesley and Geoff

The Cultural Cooking Class was fabulous. The class was delightful but a lot of work and a lot of fun. We used a Mortar and Pestle to make the paste for one of the dishes. Helen, our terrific instructor, was a fountain of knowledge about the history and the culture. I wish I had a recording of all of her comments. Food came out great! The small class was nice too. We are supposed to get the recipes emailed to us.
I do wish they would include the apron as part of the experience.
