Come into Ruqxana's, The Food Sorceress, home kitchen! You’re invited to her home to learn how to cook popular Asian and Singaporean cuisine. From wannabe chefs to Cordon Bleu artistes, she has the class for you. The hands-on cooking class is followed by a sit-down meal and pleasant conversation. And sometimes the cat comes over to say hello, if he is in the mood!

From the moment we were greeted, we felt welcomed and excited to learn from Ruqxana in her home. She explained everything and we thiroughly enjoyed the experience. She was so accomodating for adults and kids alike and chilli levels!

Amazing experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city! It was my first time at a cooking class at someone's home, and safe to say Ruxqana really eased us into the steps and made us feel perfectly comfortable in her lovely home. Her herbs are freshly handpicked and she roasts her own spices, which made the dishes taste really good :) Would love to come back for another session in future.

Great experience with Ruqxana!! We had already 2 cooking class and both were great. A lot of very practical tips, spices, good food and very nice atmosphere in her open-air kitchen and very typical house. Loved the experience. Looking forward for another cooking class :-) Definitely recommended for expats living here (like us) or tourist visiting Singapore.

We were visiting from the states with a restaurant group. We had the best time learning and cooking with our instructor in her beautiful home. The best part was sitting down and sharing the meal together at the end. Many thanks to our instructors!!!

This was such a great group activity. No matter your experience level I believe there is always something to learn from this cooking class. It was fast paced fun from start to finish and loved sitting down to eat all the delicious food we made at the end. Sugar the cat is also a cute distraction. Would love to take another class next time I'm in Singapore.

Ruqxana welcomed us into her outdoor kitchen for a private class to learn how to cook cereal prawns, black pepper squid and steamed seabass. Ruqxana is a greater teacher and very meticulous with teaching us the details such as what sound or colour the ingredients should be, how to slice up the ingredients, and even imparted the secret of roasting and grinding our own black pepper at home. We really enjoyed the class (and eating the fruits of our labour in Ruqxana's lovely garden afterwards). P.S. I definitely recommend going for a class if you are a cat lover, as the house cats will make their presence felt!

Girlfriend brought me here for a birthday treat. Ruqxana warmly welcomed us into her home which felt very rustic and homely. She then introduced us to the dishes we'd soon be cooking - steamed whole sea bass, cereal prawn and black pepper squid.
She guided us closely throughout the process and provided many useful but easy-to-remember tips to elevate each dish. Her enthusiasm and and positive vibes made the experience enjoyable and memorable.
Needless to say the food was delicious. The ingredients were very fresh and the dining area was pleasant and homely. I would highly recommend Cookery Magic to anyone looking for an intimate cooking experience with food that does not disappoint.

Had the most amazing time. Surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a cooking class with Ruqxana and it didn’t disappoint. Since it was just the both of us, it was such an intimate and lovely session. Ruqxana is also an amazing chef and teacher, and gave us many tips and tricks too. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was so homey and comfortable. Would definitely come back again in the future. Thank you so much for such an amazing and unforgettable experience! 💛

You can enter ookery magic cooking class scheddule and see the menu for your date or if you are booking a private class arrange the dishes with Ruqxana. Both classes are excellent. If you get at 117 Fidelio street by taxi tell the driver the address is near Siglap Road, because taxi drivers do not know the streets well. Wear comfortable clothes and prepare for hard work in the kitchen :) because it is a hands on lesson, you will be given the recipes so you will be able to cook the same dishes at home. Chicken tandoori, laksa and mango and prown curry beame favourite dishes for my family!

Please tell me the time of your cooking class start. How much does it cost per person if you held for more people? Do you think its ok if children will be joining the class and tell me the cost as well. Thanks for your answer.

Thank you for your interest in my cooking class and my apology for the late reply as I had overlooked your question. I have classes on different times. 11am or 3 pm or 6 pm. The cost is $100 to $140 pax. Children are welcome in the class. It is best to send me an email if you have any other questions. Thank you.
