I love to visit various kind of church. After visiting National Museum Singapore, along the road to Fort Canning Park, you will see this church! It is one of the oldest Methodist church in Singapore, which survived after WWII. The interior of the sanctuary is stunning, all wooden decor and the spiritual ambience, it is just a wonderful place to worship. Solemn. WOW.

First time I've noticed this place today whilst walking home via an alternative route. It's a fairly modern building but with a good view over the city area. It wasn't possible to go inside the church when I was there due to a private service taking place.

Simple in style, although it has, in places, an almost neo-gothic look about it. It presents itself as being very modern in décor, and even the wooden pews have cushions to sit on, but otherwise not particularly showy, which is in general keeping with Wesleyan churches. However, it does also exude an ambience of invitation and spirituality, which would make it a wonderful place to worship.
