It was such a wonderful stay. Upon reaching i was served by a staff by name of Ratna and Shahidah at the front desk. They are so friendly and helpful to upgrade the room to a Kids Room as they see me with a toddler. Their service is outstanding. Regards with the current situation of phase 2, the hotel is clean and keep in control with the guest. The room is clean and big with the area is near to foods for indulging. Thank you ladies and keep it up. Will stay again there.

Haven't been to Bugis Village for a while. Returning this time round and playing tourist is quite fun.

We cover the 2-3 lanes of shops reminiscent of Chatuchak in Bangkok sans the heat. The entire area is covered with a/c so it is less humid.

There's plenty of interesting shops from clothings, shoes to souvenirs, toys, tattoo and of course snacks to explore.

We stopped a few times to get snacks to share and also bought home some.

Most loved snacks Portuguese tarts, butter corns in a cup and crispy pancake filled with peanuts and corn or chocolate. Yumz!

If you are looking for cheap stuff to bring back home (clothes, key chains, merchandise, etc) this is the right spot for you to buy one. It got a wide array of souvenir items to choose from. You can also eat since they have this food hub. At the center of Bugis, Bugis Village is an absolute place to go to.

This is an excellent hawker market where locals go to eat. High quality local Singaporean food. Clean and delicious with lots of variety. Very inexpensive. We particularly enjoyed fried chicken laksa, steamed fish soup with rice, and Chendol for dessert. The laksa was $3.50 and the fish soup $4 and both very filling. Beer available as well as variety of soft drinks and exotic local drinks such as sugar cane juice. Do try the Chendol for dessert (shaved ice with coconut milk, sweet red beans, chendol - pictures below). It is thoroughly local, light and refreshing. There is wonderful market for other kinds of shopping across the way. The Hawker Market is at the Albert Centre, no. 270. Great for couples, families and singles. Lunch and dinner available.

I stayed there for one night because it was close by raffles medical center and I would like to thank Miss Jamna at the reception for being exceptionally helpful and friendly. She was polite and very professional. Thank you for the excellent service.

This place is connected well via MRT. They have big shops like BHG nearby. This place is jam packed during the weekend. When you get off the MRT look for the sign which exit you need to take. Else you will be walking entirely in the opposite direction. Navigating inside this place is quiet challenging as well because of the maze of stores

The Bugis Village is a 3-storey building housing several commercial stores. If you want cheap goods or souvenir items, then this place is for you. The stalls here are varied from food stalls, to souvenir shops, clothes, bags, toys, even sex toys. There is even a 1-dollar store where almost all items are priced a dollar. Some fastfood restaurants are also here such as KFC and Burger King.
