The place reopened after renovation. The place now seems slightly smaller but is new and clean. There are 3 sections, 1 for babies and young toddlers, 1 area for food and rest, 1 area for bigger kids. The place wasn't too crowded when we were there, maybe because is a weekday. My kids enjoyed themselves there although there isn't a lot of variations of play set.

Is really an ideal place for kids to spend time while parents shop. Food is good too. Recommend to leave a nanny along with kids.
The place is located right next to McDonald's in Suntec.

We were invited to a kids birthday party, great, clean and safe play are to leave the kids roam free whilst the adults have some areas to sit and relax.

The kids (two 5 year olds) enjoyed it mostly. After going in, I wanted to get an iced tea, which is all I can really stomach drinking as a heavily pregnant woman, and they told me I’d have to drink it outside and come back. Then, after not saying anything to me when I went in, after an hour (during which I’d been sat in the exact same place), they made me buy a pair of socks.
Won’t be coming back soon. I don’t enjoy places where the employees can’t see when someone visibly needs a bit of help and slack, but they stick rigidly to rules that are meant to serve purposes that you’re not contravening.

Good place to hang out to relax before the weekend starts. They have bistro within the ply area. Table and chairs to relax and to allow the kids to play around. Sure to come again

Stumbled across this place while exploring Suntec city. I have been to the vivocity one and i did not know they had another outlet. Place was a little dark but fits the vibe and the theme. Enjoyed the food. The only downside was that i forgot my socks and had to purchase but i understand that it is for hygiene purposes as explained by the staff. Good find!

Visiting Suntec city after my trip to vivo city outlet awhile ago. The playground is much bigger compared to vivo which is more suitable for younger kids. My kids had so much fun there! Will definitely come back to visit soon.

I'm giving this an average rating because I'm comparing it to Waka Waka by Polliwogs at Furama.
I was disappointed in almost everything in this outlet. The layout, too narrow and congested. The lighting was dark and makes the overall place looked unwelcoming and dirty. The cafe is not very well kept as well, they were serving tea and coffee out of dusty and very stained machines. McDonald's tea pot are way more cleaner than theirs! And the service staff at the cafe needs lots
The sitting area was in between the play area, which makes it a little noisy. If you've visited Waka Waka, the sitting area is located away from the play area, which gives the parents some space to chill as well and occasionally walking around to check their kids.
The toilet is located outside the store, which is fairly inconvenient. But this is the structure of the mall, so I doubt there's anything much they can do about it. But again, when I compare to Waka Waka, the toilet is located within the vicinity which makes it so much more easier to bring the kids for toilet visits.

Situated in Tower 4 of Suntec City across Mc Donald’s lovely play area for kids to burn some energy while the parents can relax. They have a small cafe inside unfortunately no toilets you have to go outside for that. They have a small arts and crafts section too. The place was clean well maintained and my kids really enjoyed it. There is a small toddler play area too. Entry was 20 dollars for 2-12 years old parents get in free with the kids we went on a weekday it was unlimited play time and I think on weekends it’s 2 hours. Good fun place.
