I was at Unplugged on Saturday night(21st Dec) to celebrate my friend's birthday. The total bill came up to be $559.07. During payment, I gave the staff $600: 2 x $100 + 8 x $50.
The staff counted the money and told me there is still lack of 1 more $50. I gave him another $50 without counting the money again.
He came back to me with the receipt and 90 cents change. The receipt indicate I have given him $560 cash. There is no way i have given him $560 as my wallet do not have any $2/$5/$10 note.
The very next day, i emailed into Unplugged with regards to this incident. Their manager investigated and replied me saying that they have checked the CCTV and there is nothing wrong. She refused to let me view the CCTV footage unless there is a police case. I have officially lodge a police report thereafter.

Happened to here, with no knowledge of the live performance. Nice place to chill out with friends, and enjoying live Chinese music.

Good place to chill out for some Chinese live music.
Several different bands for different nights of the week, playing pop and at times all-time favourite oldies Mandarin and Cantonese songs. They take song requests too. The bands are able to sing English as well.

If you’re into the Chinese Pop music, then this place is definitely for you! The singer and the band that belt out songs after another were amazing. Order a glass of drink and simply sink in the night of great voices and music. Do be aware that you may need to make reservation in advance, because the place were very packed when we visited on a Saturday after midnight. We were rather fortunately to get a seat right in the middle.

Fills up pretty fast which surprised me. We were randomly here one night..after dinner and actually enjoyed ourselves for 2-3 hours. We got a bottle of whiskey (which we also asked for them to hold for us for another time as we were a small group this evening). Had a few drinks. enjoyed the live music and when we finally got to a table not so close to the stage, we were able to carry on a conversation without yelling at each other.
Crowd is a bit older and for sure not what you'd expect at a club. A different kind of experience but pleasant one. Will be back to finish that bottle of whiskey! Prices are pretty steep though.

Talented musicians singing Mandarin and Cantonese songs. Been here a few times. Never disappoint. Relax atmosphere. Good service. Highly recommended.

So bad now. Singer cannot make it... like sing Hokkien song and really bad. Give it a miss. Service also bad....

We come to this place to chill. Great Chinese (mainly) and English live music. Good sound system. Good selection of drinks and regular promotion including Wednesday ladies night. Cosy environment with outside seating for smokers. Courteous staff with responsive service.

Was told by another friend they've good music but perhaps that's based on a Fri night experience. Also, music was a bit on the emo side that's a downer for a start of week.
