Friendly, caring, and professional. The staff went all the extra miles to be customer focus. First of all he carried all our bikes up the stairs ( we are a family of three with a toddler) and ensure we all crossed the street safely. To top it all the shop provider map and sunscreen free of charge. After return we were given bottles of chilled water. All these are way beyond what could offer by a five star hotel’s concierge service in the renting of hotel bicycles. Honestly being to numerous East Coast and Punggol bicycle renting crawls in the past few months, this shop is one of the best, if not the best bike shop in Singapore. The rating says it all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our biking city tour. Aaron was very responsive with any of my questions prior to booking and gave me good advice. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. We got a great overview of the city and got to taste some local food and coffee. The ride itself was flat and there were many stops for photos and water so it was very enjoyable. The whole family highly recommends the tour.

We took advantage of the three hour package and rented bikes from City Scoot. The person at the shop was friendly, helping to ensure a good fit with bike seats and giving us a map while recommended a good route.
We had such a great time saw so many of the wonderful sites around Marina Bay and downtown Singapore.
It’s a very convenient location at the Esplanade. We highly recommend City Scoot bikes to anyone who would like to have a great Singapore experience.

Go early! Our tour started at 10am and after 2.5 hours we were sooooo hot. Kwang was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. We learned a lot about the history of Singapore and how the modern city is run and managed. Might be a bit long for young kids but older teens would enjoy it... Ours did. Highly recommended. City Scoot also provided lots of water bottles which was greatly appreciated.

Great tour. The bikes were in great condition. Our tour guide Gene was very experienced and ensured we covered local hubs and spots alongside the main tourist attractions. We rode through green patches, alongside rivers and across the main hustle bustle markets and the city areas. An absolutely great way to experience all the colours of Singapore. Thank you Gene and City Scoot.

Highly recommended!
We rented bicycles to be more flexible than on foot or by car or MRT. Turned out to be a perfect freedom ticket!
They provided us with a map with tours to take us to may of the sightseeing highlights of Singapore. Supplied helmets, lights, locks, phone holder for map reading. Well maintained bikes adjustable enough to fit a 6 ft rider.
Thoroughly enjoyed several days of freedom to go anywhere (within reason 😉).

Bikes adjustable enough to suit even a 6 ft rider. They provided us with a map with top routes to enjoy. Took us to at least twelve must-see locations and the city between to boot. We got to see so much more than by any other means of transport. We had great fun!

Self guided bike tour around Marina Bay area.
We'd been looking for group bike tours and had given up. When walking around the city we saw this cycle rental place. The helpful staff member suggested a route and drew it on a map we took with us.
We rented for 3 hours. Despite it being HOT, there was a breeze whilst cycling and the route is flat. The route was very quiet ( probably due to heat) and easy to complete.
The bikes were very comfy and came with a lock.
Definitely recommend. We chose a bike with a basket, for water supplies.

This is the way to see the water side areas of the city. The entire harbour area features in the early part of the Movie ' Crazy Rich Asians " and once you have done the 16k loop you will identify all of the land marks. Takes about 90 minutes allowing for photo OPs.
Good sturdy bikes with gears ( the only hill is a foot bridge ). Very reasonable in price. Take a water bottle which they sell at the shop for $1.

It was fantastic. The bikes were comfortable and in great shape! The nice gentleman that rented us our bikes (I think his name was Tommy) took the time to give us a map that he marked different bike routes to see the sites. Great business. Highly recommend!!!

I will be in Singapore on Thursday and Friday June 29 and 30. I would like to rent a scooter w a seat. Do I need a reservation? Is there a map provided so I know where I should go and what I can see? Thank you. Cathy
Written 13 June 2018
Hi Cathy, we usually have available in the shop but during peak seasons, we do have times that is all rented out. If you are sure to do this during your stay, it is advisable to book online to aviod disappointment.
For rental, you can always call us up to postpone date or time without any fees.
For tour booking, it has to be at least 24 hours advance booking and cancallation or postpone has to made at least 24 hours too. That’s to cover our tourist guide fee.
We hope this will answer your question. Thank you.

There is no age regulation using electric scooter. He can try it out if he can handle it first before renting it. If he can't handle the scooter, you may pillion him by letting him standing in front of you on a scooter with seat.

We have a 3yearold along. How do we go about this? Thanks
Written 28 March 2018
Hello, you may pillion him by letting him standing in front of you. We highly recommend to use scooter with seat, which you can keep him in between your legs and i case of hard braking, you can put both leg down to stablize the scooter instead of jumping off.

You may find more information on our website too. 2 hours is perfect for sightseeing the entire Marina Bay. 6 hours is good for covering all of city and outskirt. Including Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Marina Bay, Kampong Glam, Little India, Bugis and Orchard.
Many rent the scooter on the first day of the trip, visit all the places in 6 hours and revisit them on the next day. It cut short a 2 days of walking to 6 hours of easy and fun scootering around.
Oh yes, some do scoot to Sentosa Island to explore around too.
