Rachel is also very patient in answering my queries and addressing my concerns as looking for a gemstone is not an easy task as every gemstone is unique. I bought my first London Blue Topaz at Rachel P Jewels at a very reasonable price, and since my visits with Rachel, she has gotten to understand the types of gemstones I was looking for and how I wanted my band to be styled. I appreciate that she inputs her own professional opinion of the styling of the band while incorporating my ideas, as I knew it was very hard to visualize how it looked like when you aren't wearing the ring. To me, Rachel feels like a person that "gets" you. She trys to get to know her customer, their likes and dislikes of gemstones, their ideas of how their ring/jewelry look like and advises on what it can become. A really great plus point was when she texted me out of the blue on a particular gemstone I was looking for and when she said "When I saw this stone, I thought of you" and shared the picture with me, I knew she "got" me. In the end, my ring with the London Blue Topaz looked like a beautiful vintage ring which suited my personality.
