I visited Sand box VR on 18.08.2022. It is located in a lively, modern shopping mall (Orchard central). There is plenty to see and many , many places to eat before or after your VR session. Booking a time slot during the off peak period Monday to Thursday was easy on line but I think it does get busier on Fridays and weekends. My son and I were hosted by Syrin who was very friendly and patient. Everything is set up to minimise the risk of covid infection with a mask wearing policy and multiple hand sanitisation points. We did the Amber Sky experience which was a lot of fun and lasted about 30-35 mins. It is very realistic with weighted body suits that vibrate and give haptic feedback simulating shots. The adrenaline really starts pumping once the actions starts and it is pretty non stop till the end of the experience. We were able to get photos of our VR avatars at the end. Overall I would highly rate the experience and the location at Orchard central. Syrin was an excellent gamesmaster so anyone who wanted to try it should go ahead.

We came as a group of 4 for Amber Sky 2088. The VR gear was very light and easy to use. The graphics were very realistic and the visualisation of space was beautiful. Gameplay was extremely fun and challenging enough. Even though we collectively died about 3 times throughout the game, we managed to complete the mission to the end without too much technical issues. We only had to pause the game twice to adjust. Otherwise, it was smooth and enjoyable. 100% recommend and I will definitely come back to try a different storyline.

Located on the 5th floor of Orchard Central, my wife and one of my daughters played in the virtual sandbox. Lots of fun. Deadwood Mansion was the name of the program we played. My daughter was the MVP, my wife was the Unstoppable, and I was the Deadeye with 68.1% accuracy. A great way to spend part of your day inside, especially if the outside weather is not great. A very fun, and competitive, family activity.
