Hello public never go to this shop(Iwise computer services studio, Rochor Canal Road, #05-35,Sim Lim Square, Singapore, Mr Johnny(Mr Fu) from this shop has spoiled my laptop keyboard clip, when I tend to clarify with him, he was so harsh, rude and made a false statement by claiming it was like that before. He was so unprofessional ! I was shocked of his behaviour! Never ever go to this shop!

Be aware: legitimizes swindle of visitors/foreigners

Don't expect the average merchant to be honest when entering the Sim Lim Mall. Be aware that every sale is final and no refund is honored. Be aware that various merchants refuse you to pay with credit cards and require cash payments only. Be aware of bogus reviews by merchants.

Before you start shopping, ask for the latest list of merchants reputation at the information desk at the ground floor. They rank the bad ones (most issues). There are of course some good ones. Make a check list of issues 1) refundable, 2) payment by credit card, 3) guarantee by ORIGINAL manufacturer. Remember: WHEN IT IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT ISN'T.

My latest experience: Million Tech PTE ltd. (ground floor in the middle): AVOID!

Not worth it! Do not go to Unicell!! Bad laptop batteries!!

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a laptop battery from them and paid in cash. The receipt i had - i took a photo of it. Their so called bs policy said no exhange, return or refund without original receipt. The battery lasted a week and half.

I went back to change my laptop battery and the lady checked the battery using her tools. She even told me the battery was not good. it didnt even charge in.

Now they changed my laptop battery with my photo receipt no problem. But hey they can slide the company bs policy for that one!!! They said they need the original receipt cuz the account need the information. LOL but my photo receipt has all the information and is still was not sufficient enough. I email JONG back and forth. in the end, he said in his own words No company No Accept.

I chose this shop out of my faith and trying to support singapore locals and their product was at fault. I ended up paying getting a battery dont work at all that i paid for!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is just plain daylight Robbery!!!

After reading all the reviews on here, there are people who got their refund even without receipt. DOUBLE STANDARD!!!

Best Experience in Sim Lim Square

Went to look for a gaming computer in Sim Lim and ended up at City Zone, Level 4, #05-73/74 and met Ramesh and Ramadoss. They were very helpful. Customer service at its best and price was good too. Recommended place to go for a computer.

If there's a zero button, I would definitely give it a zero.
Owner is very rude to customers.

The owner needs to understand that not all customers are as knowledgable as you in terms of retro games, and not all customers are bloody free to come down to your bloody store. Recently, I wanted to get a customised gameboy color, called the owner for advice, and obviously i do not bloody understand the difference between the types of gameboy screens so I asked him for advice and he just treats the questions like a freaking joke and gave that blood rude attitude. I also wanted to ask how much is the customised gameboy, he just keep saying that 'you need to come down to have a look and then we give you quotation'. Seriously then what for have whatsapp?! Can't you take a photo and show? Is taking a photo bloody hard for you?!
What type of bloody service is this. Seriously the owner should reflect on his attitude and his customer service.

Bad customer service at Firdouse electronic. Not responding to their Lazada chat and when I call their shop the fellow who answer my call did not manage to ask my enquiry, he asked for my number mentioning that he will call me back but he in the end he did not call. When I spoke to him in the phone his attitude was like a problem children. What an attitude! So pls avoid them!

Horrendous service at UNICELL #02-01/02

Extremely bad service rendered to me this afternoon at UNICELL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. I have already bought and paid for batteries on the other side of the shop and wanted to help someone get an AC Adaptor on the other side of the shop. I showed her a photo (with the part number on it) of what I wanted and she told me to search on the Internet. While searching, she said, “Do you think I am God, I know everything?” This tells that she’s above her customers and she doesn’t know what she’s selling well. Please avoid that shop or battery..com..sg as they do not cherish customers well even in this insecure time of the pandemic.
