We had such a great time learning how to make our own pasta, filling and sauce. A fantastically resourced kitchen with everything laid out ready for us. The chef is very experienced and showed us clearly each stage and gave support when needed. Pasta tasted delicious- nice to be able to sit and eat it for lunch after. Highly recommend this course, even if you are not that confident in the kitchen.

Payal led us through in groups of 4 a number of dishes including, pita bread, fattoush salad, tzatziki, shwarma chicken, gyro chicken and doner. She is extremely organised, fun and easy to follow. We had a delicious lunch at the end. The kitchen is very modern and equipped perfectly for classes. This is my fourth time there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great activity with a group of friends.

Great fun. Paya, the chef, was awesome. Great communication, instructions and demonstrations in a fun and forgiving format. The class size seemed big to start, 18 people, but we were all split into manageable groups of 3/4. Covid compliant and the groups didn’t mix. There was enough space and equipment for all. I was solo and joined 2 other solos. Everyone was there to learn and have fun, so we all got on well. I think If you went as a couple or group of 4 you’d have a lot of laughs. Paya came around to each of us helping with any problems and giving personal demonstrations which our group certainly needed! That said we all managed to make some perfect Xiao Long Bio, in fact the majority of the 16 each we made were pretty tasty!! Highly recommend. I will certainly make these at home for friends, but I will be cheating on the chicken stock!

I have done lots of cooking classes with Payal and this one did not disappoint. The Mezze platter was great. And with every class I do, I come away with a better understanding of what we are cooking, where it comes from and how to prepare and acquire the ingredients. I love learning new things in these classes and enjoy doing it with my friends as we share our cooked lunch together. Payal makes it interesting and fun.

I went to learn Kebab's and Pita bread making class. It was fun and Payal besides being a gr8 cook, instructor was also a sport making the class interesting. I would surely join her dumpling classes soon, once i practice the donear and pita making :)

I very much enjoyed the Dosai course, where chef Payal thought us to make (besides Dosai): A coconut & chilly tomato chutney, Aloo Masala & Sambar - which is a beautiful lentil & vegetable soup. Chef Payal is very passionate and her way of teaching is really fun & easy to follow.
At the end of the cooking class we enjoyed a beautiful meet with all the participants and the food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this class to anyone who is a Dosai lover like myself, but also I can’t wait to sign up for a new class as I want to broaden further my cooking skills with the wonderfully talented chef Payal!

Chef Payal was amazing!! Her team were supportive whilst being instructive as well. Mum and I throughly enjoyed our class and we would recommend anyone to come learn cooking!
The lesson was well-paced and we received step-by-step instruction the whole way. The kitchen was also well stocked and Chef Payal gave us tips and tricks to take home when we make the recipes again :)

Thank you so much for such a fabulous and enjoyable class. We were able to create restaurant-worthy dishes that are entirely achievable at home, we had a delicious lunch and it was so fun to both spend time with close friends and meet new people.
I will definitely be seeing you again.

Had a fun filled day learning how to make Xiao Long Bao. Payal was an inspiring teacher and I warmly recommend her courses to anyone! Food was delicious and am looking forward to making this at home to my husband. He is going to be my guinea pig while I practice so that I can impress my family and friends when I travel back to Finland next time.
