I did my booking with Michelle Ng. She was excellent in handling my last minute booking. She was very patience with all my enquiries. I am really grateful that my call was handled by her.

We rode the Big Bus the first weekend they opened since the circuit breaker. Everything was well maintained, and they assigned seats to ensure good distance between riders. I was impressed by the many different languages you can choose for the narration, and the overall tour was great. Due to the current environment, they weren't allowing riders to hop on and off, but we still had a great experience and would do this again. Great job!

Rode the Blue & Yellow Big Buses in the morning, coming back to our hotel room around 1230. Found the buses to be clean and the drivers helpful and considerate. Quality of the sound from the speaker system was very good. The music became boring after a couple of tours, as it was the same on all buses. The routes had several interesting sites to see and we were happy with having selected Big Bus for our tour of Singapore

A chose The Big Bus tour as I could pick it up from outside of my hotel, it was very hot whilst I was in Singapore and I didn't want to have to walk to far to find the bus stop. The two tours where great and gave me a good view of both the old and new towns with the ability to hop on and off where I wanted to. I bought a one day ticket from the driver on the bus, they only take cash, not cards so make sure you have cash with you. Keep your ticket safe as you need to show it each time you get back on. When you first get onto the bus you are given headphones which you can plug in and you get a commentary of where you are and what you are seeing. The jazz music played in between was a bit repetitive. The drivers where all very helpful and shouted out stops just in case you where listening to the commentary. Everywhere I go in the world if they have a hop on/off bus I will always use it, I think it is a fantastic and cost effective way to get round where you are visiting
