Rode the Blue & Yellow Big Buses in the morning, coming back to our hotel room around 1230. Found the buses to be clean and the drivers helpful and considerate. Quality of the sound from the speaker system was very good. The music became boring after a couple of tours, as it was the same on all buses. The routes had several interesting sites to see and we were happy with having selected Big Bus for our tour of Singapore

We bought the 2 day ticket and went on all the lines, the worst bit was when we waited nearly an hour for a bus but otherwise the most was only 15-20 mins. I agree that it would be good if they ran a little later in the evenings.
We were lucky in that we always got on a bus and the drivers were fine, neither overly helpful nor rude.
We bought our ticket online and it wasn't clear that you had to get to Suntec to get the paper ticket but we did find that out quickly. Each day in Singapore we walked miles so the bus was a welcome rest to get us to the next destination.. The big buses are always a great way to see a city and this is no exception.

Dear FionaH252, Thank you leaving taking time to share your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you had to wait for nearly an hour for one of the buses. We would appreciate if you can email us at infosg@bigbustours.com with the date, route, stop and approximate time so that we can look at this for you, and see what might be the cause for the delay. Please kindly note that the Red and Yellow routes run at around 15-30 mins in frequency, depending on the time of the day. The Blue Route and Green line run about 30-40 mins in frequency, and we published estimate timings of the time the buses will arrive at each bus stop for these 2 lines. The Safari Lines 1 and 2 shuttles between the Zoo/Safari and Bird Park respectively, and follow a scheduled time table. Nevertheless, the bus timings may vary due to traffic conditions, and we advise guests to arrive at the designated bus stop 5 minutes before the published time. With regards to redeeming your tickets, please also note that you can redeem for a ticket directly on one of our open top buses without needing to go to Suntec, by presenting the QR code voucher either on a screen or printed to our bus captain. However, this is only possible currently only if you had purchased the tickets directly on bigbustours.com. We appreciate your feedback and will take your suggestion into consideration to improve the experience of our customers. Otherwise, we are glad that you have enjoyed our tour services and we look forward to welcoming you onboard again in one of the 23 great cities that we operate in. Your Big Bus Singapore Team.

Lost marks in that these tickets are sold as a 24 hour ticket but service stops around 7pm at the latest.
As vibrant as Singapore is, my personal opinion is that this service could run to the very late hours of the evening as we were stuck in one area of Singapore and wanted to get into another....
BUT
this is money well spent and we enjoyed our travels going on blue, yellow and red route only missing green as we didn’t have time to go to Sentosa.

The drivers appeared friendly and the hearing devices work well so you can hear about some of the sights you are viewing.
Definitely a MUST when visiting this vibrant city.

Our group of 3 adults bought beforehands Premium Tickets to Big Bus Tours in Singapore (order number 2153756), tickets would allow us to drive in the bus for two days, but we ended up sitting at the bus stops!
We used Yellow line starting from stop 10 - waited the bus for 32 minutes, the bus driver could not read our ticket - stopped at stop 11 Singapore Botanic Gardens. After our walk in the gardens we waited again for the bus over 35 minutes. The bus finally came (same bus, same driver, not able to read our tickets) and we drove to stop 0 Sun Tec City Mall to take the next bus to Marina Bay Sands, stop 2 of Yellow line. Our bus was the next one, so we waited about 23 minutes or more to continue our ride (same bus, bus driver, not able to read our tickets). We got off the bus at Marina Bay, spent some time there and returned to the bus stop to continue our ride. After 35 minutes our bus with "our own bus driver" came and we got on to the bus. This time we decided to hop off the bus near our hotel and finish our sight seeing sitting at the bus stops there. We also decided not to sit on the bus stops for another day waiting for Big Bus, today's over two hours were enough. May be there were only one Yellow line bus running on the 21st of December.
We decided never to use Big Bus Tours again.

Dear justaturist, Thank you for taking the time to drop us a feedback. We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with Big Bus Tours in Singapore. At Big Bus Tours Singapore, we aim to provide the best sightseeing experience possible. Your feedback is very important to us and it has been forwarded to our Operations & Service Team, who will be looking into the matter seriously, so as to ensure our tour and service standards are maintained. Our Yellow line has a frequency of 15 - 25 mins, however, sometimes this can be vary depending on local traffic conditions. One round trip on our yellow line takes approximately 1 hour, and a single bus captain will do multiple trips throughout the day and will ply at the same bus stop every 1.5 hours. We apologise that the same bus captain was unable to scan your tickets twice, and had thus transferred you to Stop 0 which is our main tourist hub in order to redeem your ticket at our counter. Unfortunately, this have caused further delays and wating for you. We have reached out to you over email. Please kindly look out for the email and reply to us accordingly so that we can resolve this matter for you. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologise with regards to your recent experience on board the Big Bus Tours in Singapore. Your Big Bus Singapore Team

Hop on hop of is a great way to see and experience Singapore. Big Bus offered different bus routs and well located bus stops near popular hotels and the highlights of the city such as Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Flyer and China town. A must if you don’t have plenty of time to see the city.

We wish to thank bus driver Winston on the hop on hop off big bus tours from Suntec City Mall.
Winston was most courteous and helpful. Very efficiently cleaning his bus after each tour.
We watched Winston help one dear old lady who had been put on three different buses prior to Winston helping her and ensuring she got on the correct bus to get her back to her hotel.

Besides drivers going so quick the audio becomes confusing. Signs for the bus being almost non existent. The bus barely stops long enough for you to get off. Signs say don't stand or use stairs while bus is moving. Well if you don't you can't get off. All other cities I have done hop on hop off tours all routes are included, not here only the red and yellow lines. Extras like the night safari are a waste of time after an hour in traffic you can do the tram tour once and that's pushing time before you have to go back to get the return bus that doesn't stop all stops making you need to get a cab back to your accommodation. Ooh and you have to pay for that ride to and from the safari cause that's not included in the price of the ticket. The staff all but one driver was rude and arrogant. We are tourist and need to be informed what to do not grumped at as if we are stupid. One staff member tells you one thing and another says different. They need to scrap the personnel and start again. Worst service anywhere in Singapore.

Dear 431marki, Thank you for taking the time to drop us a feedback. We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with Big Bus Tours in Singapore. We'd like to clarify that all 6 routes are included in every Big Bus Tours Classic / Premium / Deluxe ticket. This includes the 3 hop-on hop-off routes (Red, Yellow, Blue), and 3 shuttle lines (Green, Safari 1, Safari 2). The only exception would be if you have purchased a from City Sightseeing Worldwide, which in the case would only include the Red and Yellow hop-on hop-off routes. Your feedback regarding our bus and customer services is very important to us and it has been forwarded to our Operations & Service Team, who will be looking into the matter seriously, so as to ensure our tour and service standards are maintained. Meanwhile, we would like to seek more information on the incident of rude and unprofessional services, so that we can further look into the matter and take the necessary action. Please do email us at infosg@bigbustours.com with further details, including your date of travel and order number so we can investigate this matter immediately. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologise with regards to your recent experience on board the Big Bus Tours in Singapore. Best regards, Your Big Bus Singapore Team

We did the night city tour of Singapore. The tour wasn't worth the money it demands. The bus revolves around the same place and show Marina bay sands again and again from different angles. We can only see one part of the city. The tour guide also portrayed people from a specific country in the old days of Singapore while describing the history in a bad shape that I didn't like myself personally. But this personal experience can be because of that specific guide and might not hold true for all buses and guides.

We had to wait at least 45 minujtes for the next bus this morning where a waiting time of 15 to 25 minutes is advertised. BUT MORE IMPORTANT:
when we just now wanted to take the REd line for a tour, we were told that tthere is none anymore because of the Chinese Newyear.
they should have told us that when we bought the tickets yesterday, then we would have bought only one dfay instead of two.
when we said so to the gentlemam of the BB comp. he give us a smile , that was all.
i call that a rip off.

Dear TomMargaux, We are disappointed to hear that you had an unpleasant experience onboard with us. At Big Bus Singapore we strive to provide the most memorable and positive sightseeing experiences for our guests, but unfortunately this was not the case for you. We are very sorry that information with regards to our service amendments due to Chinese New Year from 24 to 27 January was not highlighted to you. Print notices with regards to the amendments had been displayed at our sales counters, onboard the buses, as well as published on our websites and iOS/android apps. Nevertheless we understand your frustration and have forwarded your feedback to the relevant department so that they can look into how communication can be better improved to ensure customers are well aware of the changes. We value all feedback from our guests, and would appreciate if you could send us your order number, date, and time of travel to infosg@bigbustours so we can investigate these incidents further. We hope to be able to serve you onboard again, and give you a better and more positive experience. Your Big Bus Singapore Team.

Definitely the best way to orientate and choose sights you want to see in more detail.
We brought a 24 hr ticket - 46$ each, but well worth the money.
Got to do all four routes in one day (some sites repeated) end of each route just hopped on bus to next route.
Excellent way to get around, commentary in English, learnt some fabulous facts about Singapore.
The following few days of our trip we just went back to the places that were on our list to visit.
No better way to get around.
