Great place for all ages
May 2021 • Family
For a fun and exciting day for all ages! Brought kids aged 2 and 7 and they had fun. Both played until perspiring which is good because they were exercising and having fun at the same time. For me, i am in my 30s and i also had fun. I was more reluctant to leave than me kids! Definitely will go there again AND AGAIN!

always fun! good vibes! well spending time!
Jan 2020
I would give 4" just because It is always something closed at that park! I meant, activities. I had been there 5 times so far and always coming back!

Service at the front desk is always friendly and warming! the rest of the park, well< seems a bit sleepy at take time to get the attention ! But its not a big deal.
you can get some nice deals online as well!

I would certainly come back again!

Diverse Fun Activities For Children And Adults
Mar 2020
SuperPark is a two-storey centre with play equipment and sports facilities, which both children and adults will find fun. I visited this centre for the first time in December 2018, and when I visited again in March 2020, I was pleased to see that there were new and improved activities. The ticket price was reasonable, as the centre had a Freestyle Area including skating arenas, trampolines, and rock climbing walls, all of which you usually have to pay a hefty price for at other centres. Although I was lacking in physical strength and confidence, the staff members were extremely positive and supportive, such that I gave all these more adventurous activities a go and ended up enjoying them immensely. Other than the Freestyle Area, the Adventure Area and Game Arena were also great fun. I liked how technology was incorporated into some of the physical activities via interactive arcade-style screens, and we even got to download the videos from the trampoline games. Both my partner and I had a good time despite the fact that we were adults and it was my second time here. We will definitely be back!

For those who are concerned about COVID-19, the staff members were very meticulous about getting visitors to check their temperature, sign their declarations, and submit their personal particulars for contact tracing. The staff members also regularly cleaned the equipment, encouraged visitors to use the hand sanitisers, and reminded visitors to space out by introducing visitors to alternative fun activities. The enclosed crawling tunnels and tube slide were temporarily closed as an additional precautionary measure.

Some general things to note:
Vending machines are available throughout the centre.
Lockers are available for free.
There are tables and seats at the entrance for parents to work at if they choose not to accompany the children.
Facilitators are stationed around the centre.
Footwear is not allowed in the centre except for the skating arena and rock climbing walls.
Special grip socks have to purchased for $3.

Hours and hours of fun for kids
Mar 2020
The best part is that the ticket allows re-entry, for up to the whole day.

There are lots of areas, for kids from under 100cm to teenagers.

Staff is great, and lots of them to keep kids safe.

Ridiculous Process, unwelcoming
Nov 2019 • Family
After booking our tickets online, filling up the waiver prior to our visit, we were asked to queue in the same long queue as the walk ins. With only one counter open. Very disappointed to be welcomed with such hospitality, it’s not even cheap to go in! One would think the service and the place overall would be outstanding. Nope.

Kids will enjoy it
Nov 2019
The best part about this park was you could come and go during the day so we were able to leave and have lunch and head back in. There wasn't much for my nearly 2 year olf to do. He couldn't even bounce on a trampoline so there was just a playground thing that was all he could really go on but we tried to include him in the soccer and the basketball though he ddnt do anything. You can also leave children 8 and over on their own but that wasn;t an option for us as we had an 8 year old, 5 year old and 23 month old. Adults are encouraged to join and we did but sometimes we couldn't do much because of the youngest needed to be entertained somewhere else. If you are wanting to shop and the kids don;t want to or you have nothing else to do then I would go to superpark but probably not just for the visit that we did.

Kids love this place
Sep 2019 • Family
Trampoline, skate park, indoor playground, ninja obstacle courses all in one for a reasonable price of under $50. The kids can spend the entire day there, other than meal times. My only comment is the skate park knee elbow Guards need to be better maintained with a cleaner/dryer. The knee guards and elbow Guards were almost all wet fr the players perspiration and all over the place, disorganised so it was hard to find a suitable sized one which is dry for wearing. Only one staff there, this place needs more than one staff. Thank you for the great place.

Amazing and unique play area
Oct 2019
Love the originality. It's not just like any other play area. it has a lot of different games and actual sports to play i.e. Football, Basketball, Skateboarding, Trampoline, Ninja obstacle course and many more. It's not just for the kids, it's also for adults.

However, I think the park is quite pricey especially if you bring small toddlers in since there are only 2 play areas for them. Plus, we are obliged to purchase their socks to get in for both adults and kids.
The place covers 2-story and you have to climb up and down the stairs while you are in there. I find it quite dangerous especially for younger kids who are wandering around by themselves in the park. They do have enough staff supervising around, hope that is enough to avoid any unwanted accidents.

Super fun place for everyone
Aug 2019 • Family
Brought my Godson to SuperPark SG for the first time and we absolutely love it! There are many games and sports suitable for adults and children. We even made friends with another family with two daughters. We went for the 9am to 1pm session on Saturday and it was unexpectedly not crowded. We didn't have to queue at all. I had so much that I felt like I was a child again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to bring their kids out for a fun-filled day or friends who want an adventurous day. Check out their website for their indoor sports and ticket prices.
