With a long standing track record in Asian cuisine, through our culinary education team, Coriander Leaf is aiming to act in a thought leadership capacity and be at the forefront of innovative culinary experiences and learning. Whether it is conventional cooking classes, developing new and innovative courses, expanding to the online cooking community, or delivering a distinct variety of unique and memorable cooking experiences, Coriander Leaf has always pushed the boundaries and created a reputation for culinary excellence. At our core is Asian cuisine, yet this is the tip of the iceberg in terms of the depth and breadth of culinary courses we aim to provide. We design menus that provide our guests with a strong grounding. In this way, our guests learn specific dishes as well as the insights and techniques necessary to become an insider in the cuisines of Asia! We emphasize home cooking and stick mainly to dishes that one can replicate at home. Our cooking studios are equipped with home cooking appliances reinforcing our commitment to teaching our guests something they will incorporate into their standard repertoire. Each class presents an integrated menu that can be prepared at home rather than a random selection of dishes.

Attend a cooking class on a Saturday morning at the Coriander Leaf - Singapore Classic. It was great. Learnt a lot not only about the different recipes but also different techniques and hints for cooking. The classes were conducted in a very professional manner but also in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Loved being able to sit and watch how... More

I have taken 3 cooking classes and definitely want to take more when time permits. I took away so many cooking techniques it was so much more than a cooking class. More of a lifestyle change. Food was not just excellent but very unique and from all over the world. Samia was so incredibly hospitable and inspiring!!

Samia was amazing, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions, even though it was the first demonstration cooking class i have attended, most of the time i actually prefer hands on. I learn't a lot more in this class and would always do demonstration classes from now on. You learn so much more and a lot more recipes... More

Thanks so much for your great review - I am very passionate about teaching and it is extremely rewarding to see that I infect some of you with that. I've eaten at some very good places in Singapore (to be honest its difficult to eat at a bad place in Singapore) but this venue can blow you away. Excellent service, AMAZING food and a great relaxed atmosphere. And watching the classes adds a certain something to the experience too!

The Streets of Singapore class was a delightful respite from walking around in sunny Singapore -- cool and calming demonstration with a charismatic chef who prepares a delicious lunch. As noted before, it's not a hands-on class but you do get a good sense of method, tips and techniques. The accompanying mini-manual is well laid-out with clear directions.

Prior to a weeks vacation in Singapore I was able to book a half day cooking class at the Coriander Leaf Restaurant. Some flexibility is required if wanting to attend a specific food type as classes change according to the day. Fortunately the "Streets of Singapore" class was available on my spare Saturday morning. The owner chef certainly knows her... More
