Review of: Sentosa Fun Pass
In fact, I would give it negative, if the ratings are there. A group of us went on a Monday, but no excuse being a Monday. Exchanging our voucher for the Fun Pass is easy, simple, no fuss. The counter staff was helpful. However we still have to exchange for a ticket at the Aquarium that we visited first, where they deducted the number of tokens needed to enter. It was the same process wherever you visited. What was bad, was that it cannot be used to 'purchase' any drinks or snacks. Not at all the attractions. Worse, when we get to iFly, even though the attraction was open, the cafe was not and there's nothing for us to exchange for a drink or snack. Butterfly Park was closed. We asked several kiosk that sells souvenirs as well as some cafes, they do not accept the Fun Pass. End up be prepare to fork up $2 for a bottle of mineral water. The Fun pass can give some savings when you visited the attractions but it is only useful for young people who prefer outdoors activities, which will utilize most part of the Fun Pass value. For us, who prefer indoors attractions, it is very limited. The Fun Pass was purchase with hard cash, why is it cannot be used to purchase drinks and snacks? And only at limited places which we may not go? I have written to the customer service but as usual, they can only feedback to their management. Overall, the value of the Fun Pass, AND the value of visiting Sentosa, is not worth. Better stay put on the mainland. See my other reviews on Sentosa.

My wife and I were looking for a couples activity while we were in Singapore and this was a great experience. First it is a fun way to see the city and your travelling at the right pace, fast enough to see a lot of things but slow enough you don't miss things. Next, the drivers are excellent. They do all the work and they have fun with you while they do it. Finally it is a great way to spend time together on vacation. It highly recommend taking a ride, especially at night.

The bus driver was rude. A long wait sometimes. There is no proper timetable to see so that one can plan their trip. The automatic tour talk sometimes gets cut off as we experience when returning back to the city stop. Not worth in my opinion.

They have four lines to choose from each taking around one hour to make the rounds. Some of them are repeats, can be windy up top, so I sat inside in the ac. Headphones worked fine but not much information imparted. Keep the headphones when you get off and get back on, or they will charge you extra. Wi Fi on bus, but not really working well. Water available for sale. Some delays at certain stops but maybe due to the construction going on in the city.

It started off well with the lovely staff at the tourist desk being really wonderful. We bought tickets to the red and yellow lines ( remember what you’ve bought) for half price using our Singapore airlines tickets. We ended up going to the botanical gardens which is where it went horribly bad. Buses come on the half hour depending on traffic. They only let on the amount of people who get off when busy so guess what...... only 5 people got off with 30 waiting! So we wait another half hour and the lucky we got a standing spot on the bus. Driver was driving like an angry man and it wasn’t pleasant hanging on for dear life to keep from being thrown on the ground. Every time you get off, wait half an hour to change colour lines! Caught taxis after this!
