Clarke Quay Central is a nice, mid-size mall with retail outlets, eateries, cafes, and more. There are also many eateries, cafes, and bars along the banks of the Singapore River, mainly catering to tourists.

My son is working in Singapore,
so every year i go to visit Singapore.

In Singapore there are many, many shopping mall,
but they are almost the same....nothing special and nice to buy.

However in Clarke Quay Central i found a nice real genuine leather bag shop on the first floor, the store has many bags... "paradise for me" and the prices are good.

So every time i step in Singapore i go to this mall to buy some new bags.

The shopping mall is located in front of the river, and at night there a lot of people, is perfect for a walk or a refresher.

i love it!

The Central was located just across our hotel (Swissotel Merchant Court), so it was very convenience if we want to grab something to eat in an air-conditioned restaurant (alternatives to outdoor settings in Clarke Quay).

It has quite a fair bit of selection from proper restaurants to cheaper food court options. The shops are a bit average, no major brands here.

However the biggest downfall is the lack of supermarket, otherwise it would have been a good one-stop shop as there's shops, restaurants and MRT down the basement.

Apart from MRT and Don Don Donki this shopping mall doesn't have a lot to offer. Limited shopping but good pharmacy. Like all of Clarke Quay, there are plenty of eateries on the outside overlooking the river.

Clark quay central is actually the name of a shopping centre located next to Clark Quay.

The bigger picture first. Clark Quay is an area with lots of restaurants n pubs. Relatively tourist oriented place, the restaurants mostly catered for the higher end market. Nice scenery, with singapore river flowing along on one side. Alfresco dinner ( if u can take the singapore humidity ) is sooo romantic! Lots of Eurasian and local frequent the pubs there, so I guess u can say there is a nice mix of crowd.

My final verdict : spend an evening here and enjoy some yummy (but expensive lol) seafood dinner, take photos, and maybe chill out at the pubs after dinner.

The second part, Clark Quay Central shopping centre. It's a mainly an office building, with the first few floors built for shopping and dining. Nothing to shout about really, typical shopping centre kind of thing. I did remember seeing some nice looking Japanese restaurants inside, but have not tried them personally.

Clarke Quay Central was opposite our hotel and we found it to have numerous eating options from restaurants to casual eating to food courts. There was a small collection of shops and being Christmas time there was a small market on with different stalls and a ball pit which our daughter absolutely loved. Free to enter but you need socks to play. A good place to explore for dining options.

Just dined at Tung Luk with a close friend to celebrate my birthday. Delectable Chinese dishes especially the crispy duck meat rolled with popiah skin. Served the same way as Peking duck and equally delicious. Great dining location just next to Clarke Quay riverside

Ordered the normal wings(not buffalo) and tipsy cow pizza;

Wings were amazing! Fried in a crispy batter with a slight spicy taste. The side sauce was spicy but great too!

Ordered the “tipsy cow” pizza n was nice too.

Great sides to have over a few drinks as well!! Nice place to chill with friends.
