About
The Custom Bites is an artisan bakery well known for beautifully customised desserts. We specialise in fondant and royal icing sugar cookies, and are also certified instructors in the art of Korean bean paste flower cakes decorating. We love hosting workshops and welcoming people from around the world to experience the art of pastry decorating in our beautiful instagrammable fairylights studio.

Here in one of the least touristy areas of Singapore, visitors are privy to an unfiltered glimpse of Singapore life. Prior to booking for the class, I had a few questions regarding the class. Lynn's response was always fast and helpful.The whole ambience of the studio was excellent. Warm fairy lights, soft music and spacious working table for each participant. Lynn was a friendly, detailed and patient teacher. She guided us step by step on how to decorate our own cookies. She troubleshooted all the common pitfalls and mistakes too. She was very generous in her sharing of cookie decorating techniques. Enjoyed her class. Highly recommended.

Had such a lovely time with Lyn at her cookie decorating course. We were all beginners worth royal icing and, with her guidance, totally surprised ourselves! The course was well-paced and the studio had a lovely atmosphere (even with covid restrictions). Trying the icing techniques was actually very relaxing and therapeutic! It gave me so much more confidence and inspired me to try decorating my own cookies at home :)

Highly recommenddd place if you love to learn how to decorate n pick up skills! Trainer she is an extrsmsly patience, talented individual n guided us all. Come n unwind, relax and unfold your creativity! :)

Super cute activity for a baby shower group. Beautiful space and class set up. Lyn was very detailed and helpful. Would love to find an opportunity to go back again soon!

A therapeutic and a fun experience! It was my first time decorating a cookie and I enjoyed every minute of it. The place/class is aesthetically decorated too!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time at the custom bites. Especially not having much knowledge in baking cookies or decorating them, we did not know what to expect. But Lyn really made the whole class such a fun and joyful experience. She was extremely skilled and we learnt a lot from her. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to have a fun day session with friends/partners! Thank you once again Lyn :)

Love love love the decoration of the whole place! Lyn is amazing too! She made us all feel at home. Me and my gfs had so much fun but at the same time, we took home those yummy and gorgeous cookies!

This is my first time learning on cookie decorating and I really enjoyed it! The baking studio is nicely decorated and very comfortable place to work in. The lesson is informative as Lyn provided us tips and techniques perfecting on the royal icing decorating.
