very clean environment and the staff was very helpful in guiding me and my friends. They also provide free water bottles at their self-service corner. The games are fun and immersive, i highly recommend the zombie survival games :)

Went for the escape rooms unsure of the experience.
But as a person with no experience with the VR or games, I feel the instructions given were clear and simple enough for me and my friend to learn the controls.
The staff tried to guide us and gave us hints when we were stuck in a puzzle for too long.
A very pleasant experience. Nothing serious, just a casual place to have some fun and relax
Definitely will recommend giving this place a try! Even if you are first timers.

Fun games, cozy environment, staff were friendly and had detailed briefing prior to each game.
*Tip* Bring a jacket as the place may be slightly too cold for some people.

Our first time here and it was great! Super cool VR experience and very nice people. We were all blown away by the visuals from „Escape the Pyramid“. We‘ve had a great time as a family of 4.

I did not experience the service of the “polite/helpful/patient staff” all the reviews on Google and Facebook were raving about, it was quite the opposite, unfortunately.
1) I had only one VR arcade game experience prior to coming here and could not recall how to hold the controller. When I took it from the staff the wrong way (trying to wear the strap first like how I do with the Nintendo Switch Joy-con), the staff sounded impatient and said “No! No!” in an impatient tone. I shrugged off this one right away- my fault for being silly.
2) When my partner and I were stuck in a place for the escape game “Escape the Lost Pyramid”, I thought the staff provided hints in a rather disparage manner. I understand that the game is simple and for the staff, they must have seen the game play countless times, but it sure does not hurt to be more patient. It was also the first time both of us had ever played VR escape game.
3) My partner managed to do his part for the escape game but I was still unsure of how to proceed. Heard staff saying “oh my god...” in a really frustrated tone. It made me felt like I was dense for not knowing how to deal with a simple game. It was actually humiliating.
4) When my partner was trying to help me out by shooting more arrows on the wall for me to hold on to (my role is to climb by holding handles and arrows), staff told him not to and that he had “done his job”. I am unsure why he had to stop him from helping me, it is not going to disrupt the game in any way. When guiding me to climb by looking for the arrows and holding them, staff sounded frustrated once again that I could not see them.
By now, I was feeling very discouraged and helpless because the only person who could help me is the staff, (you are wearing the VR set and could not see anything or signal to anyone that you need help) but he had sounded so rude throughout that I was afraid of making another mistake or looking like I was lost again.
We finally managed to finish the escape game and were free to choose other arcade games as we bought the Multipass. We chose “Cook out: a Sandwich Tale”.
5) When doing the tutorial for the game, the staff guiding us sounded a little annoyed again that we did not see that the game had provided ‘video’ for us to follow.
At this point, I felt like I had enough of the service. I did not come here to get ‘reprimanded’ for being beginners at VR games. I then REQUESTED him to have more patience with me. It is the first time I have played this game, and it takes time to look around and figure your way out, why is it such a frustrating experience for him that we had to take some time to figure things out? We are the one paying for the experience. After the request, the staff finally toned down and was more willing to teach in a polite and patient manner.
6) I could only hear my partner through the headset at the SECOND game, belatedly realising that this feature should be turned on for the escape game as well. Please ensure staff check with guest on whether the necessary features are turned on before starting the game. Struggled badly to hear my partner clearly for the escape game because the environment was noisy (other guests and staff were all talking in the same space). I also recalled the staff not helping me tighten the headset until the second staff came along.
7) The staff sent me screenshots of us in the game which I thought was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, one of it is completely pitch black and showed nothing. Not sure what the intention is here.
Overall, this place is not suitable for you if you are a beginner at any type of VR games. The staff sounded annoyed and frustrated at times if you are too slow at their games.
The only two redemptions are: 1) the place is spacious 2) there are quite a wide range of games.
