About
"Rarely seen without a bustling crowd of customers, Mustafa Centre is set in the Little India district. A cult favourite in the Singaporean shopping scene, it’s the best place to go if you’re after a bargain or enjoy shopping late into the twilight hours. Mustafa may not be as fancy as some of Singapore’s other malls, but it has a great range of items, and good prices to match. Here, you’ll get a bargain on just about everything, from clothes, perfume, souvenirs, electronics, makeup, confectionery and even food and groceries. "

Neighbourhood: Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.

- kjpdavidMelbourne, Australia92 contributionsValue shopping on a mega scaleWe went to the Mustapha Centre to have spectacle frames repaired (in hope, more than certainty), buy mobile phone protective cases, men's & women's clothing, groceries and gifts. To our delight, the spectacle repair service went beyond our expectations - it took 5 minutes and was complimentary! Thank you, Faisal👍. The range of products in electronics, clothing, groceries and giftware is truly staggering and the service was readily at hand and helpful. In addition, the prices we found to be very competitive and equivalent to night market type value. After our first time shopping here, we returned once more confident that we'd find what we were looking for at a good price. One note of caution - double check your item count at checkout as the barcode scanner is very sensitive and products can be mistakenly double scanned. All in all thought, give the Mustapha Centre the first try with your shopping list before trying anywhere else. Recommended.Visited January 2020Travelled with familyWritten 19 January 2020
- Namyar M52 contributionsReally EVERYTHING under one roof @ LOW $, CRAZY!If you are a fan of "American Pickers" you will understand what its like to walk into Mustafa! WALL to WALL - everything you need from clothing, food to house hold items endless... I had been told about this place by a taxi driver (MD Ramzan +6588003710 WhatsApp only) but did not give it much though until we stumbled on it while exploring "Little India" - A quick shout out to Ramzan, very friendly guy with great knowledge of where to go and what to see. Most of the reviews do a great job describing Mustafa, so I would only add that there are 6 entrances into this place. You cannot bring in your back packs or large bags. Ladies handbags are ok. Not to worry they have a bag check at each entrance. Because of the size and shear volume of goods, its difficult for the store to keep on eye on everyone, so if you make a purchase they will "zip tie" your shopping bag, just a heads up. Enjoy this crazy place, its open all night! PS. 2-3 hours at this place may be just enough time to get a taste of this place.Visited February 2020Written 13 February 2020
- Andre SJakarta, Indonesia128 contributionsLots of choices for souvenirs to bring back with good price and opens 24 hoursThis place among us Indonesians are well-known as the place to look for souvenirs (customary for Indonesian to bring And give away something for families after holiday or visiting something special) to bring back home. It’s basically a department store ranging from accessories sellers to clothing. You may find everything you need as souvenirs here, and for us we buy so many snacks/chocolate unique to Singapore, some T Shirts and key chain with Singapore icons with very good price. What I also love about this place, its that basically open 24 hours. So, if you have lots of energy, spend all your time sightseeing or visiting places in Singapore, then you can visit Mustafa Center for souvenirs during mid night. In our case, we go there on mid night and out on 2 pm.Visited January 2020Travelled with familyWritten 9 January 2020

Packed to the brim with goods, bustling, noisy, exciting. If you like indulging in capitalist, everything-available-at-once experiences or just enjoy “window shopping”, this is a great place. From a European perspective, I especially liked looking at all the tech stuff we can only get on Amazon. Great place.

The favorite place of Indians for shopping whether routine or specialized shopping. You can find all the item in this mall ranging from consumer goods to apparels to electronics and even gold. You can purchase gifts and souvenirs at much cheaper rate sometimes less than half the rate of open market or tourist place. They also provide you GST refundable bill.

Mustafa Centre, an iconic landmark in Singapore, is a massive 6-storey building where you can find almost anything imaginable. The bustling atmosphere is particularly noticeable among the frequent visitors from South Asia, who come here for their grocery needs, specifically items from their home countries. With competitive prices compared to other options, Mustafa Centre caters to a wide range of budgets. The extensive variety of choices available makes it a perfect destination for shoppers of all kinds.

This was the most confusing shopping complex. Didn't like layout at all. Would not have visited if had been aware of issues.

Probably a great place to visit for locals but as a tourist it did not add up much. The prices are low by 15 -20% over Indian price but added weight to be carried in flight needs to be accounted for. GST refund is applicable and should be applied for but do not forget to carry your singapore arrival card.

Yes it gets crowded. I recommend to visit the underground floor or basement floor, you'll find a big jewelry store full of Indian shiny gold like no other I've seen!
