Great place. 63 floors above ground, this is the best view 1 can get of Singapore. The 360* view is mesmerizing. Visiting early Evening times are best to see the sunset and the city lights start glowing. $40 SGD per pax with 2 complimentary drinks is more than worth. The cocktails are good. Great spot for party and couples. After 7 years in singapore, i realize now this is one of the must visit places. May be we can even skip the Giant Wheel and MBS Terrace. Better to get online tickets and skip the queues.

We were there directly at 6 pm with a prebuyed ticket which includes 2 Cocktails. You have to choose them before entry on the Ground Floor. The bill is for the barkeeper or waiter at the bar - maybe there is no possibility to pay, we dont know! The View there is amazing, but think about the weather, in Singapore it is raining very often and sometimes they close the bar due to rain. We very lucky and had a sunny evening with sunset and 2 very good cocktails (a singapore sling and a jim beam Highball with passion fruit). Sadly there were all tables reservated, but we could sit there until the customers will come. We left the bar at 7:45 pm and it was not really crowdy at all until then :)

Superb views in all directions from this rooftop bar which claims to be the highest alfresco bar in the world. You pay $40 SGD at a cashier's till on Raffles Place which then gives you access to a lift and entitles you to two drinks at the bar itself. For one of the best views of any city in the world and drinks this is a very small price to pay. There was live music playing at the bar when we were there.
