Easy access by MRT. Near Little India. Many small markets and eating areas. Many cheap food options.

Just cross the road from Little India. I really enjoyed shopping there specially I get Sari - the traditional Ladies Wear in India- very nice stuff there

If you're a backpacker and stay near little india, you have to come here. they're a lots of cheap food lol. you can get a biryani rice with only $4 😂

I haven't bought a saree in Singapore but there are certainly plenty to choose from at Tekka in many standards of quality. Find one you like then try your negotiating skills.

Yes. Today is the second day and most of the stall owners are Indians. So they should be open for business
