The only one of its kind in the Islamic world, the first thing you’ll notice is the sundial decorating the main entrance, which has 25 rays decorated with Arabic calligraphy denoting the names of 25 chosen prophets.

This beautiful mosque in bright yellow colour attracts your attention with its amazing architecture. Little India has many amazing brightly coloured buildings but none as splendid as this mosque.

It's a nice mosque to visit, if you're in Singapore. You may borrow the propriate clothes there to have your body covered while comming in. They also offer a lot of free literature and leaflets about Islam and their culture, if that's of your interest.

Chanced upon the mosque in the evening all lit up. What a treat, just loved it here. Very welcoming signage and lots of activity.

With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of
Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander
past traditional barbershops while local residents in
brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from
decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful
shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge.
Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts
and take in the stalls selling bright flowers,
